How it works
From blank page to a draft your board can review
Free, with no account. Nothing you type is saved or sent. It stays in your browser tab.
Prefer Word? The Complete Kit ($149, one-time) has every template as an editable .docx file, plus a year of updates on your download page.
- 1
Pick a template
The library has nine templates: a policy manual, a sponsor packet and agreement, a vendor and concession agreement, a certificate of insurance tracker, a volunteer waiver with a sign-in sheet, a premium book template, a board meeting agenda and minutes, a fairgrounds rental agreement, and a fair week emergency and severe weather plan.
- 2
Fill in the blanks
Each template has a short form. Type your fair's name, dates and contacts. The document beside the form updates as you type. Anything you leave blank shows as a placeholder in brackets, like [Fair name], so you can fill it by hand later.
- 3
Print, save as a PDF or copy
Use the print button. Your browser prints only the document, not the rest of the page. Choose "Save as PDF" in the print window to keep a digital copy. Or use Copy text to paste the filled-in document into your own word processor.
- 4
Review before use
Bring the draft to your board, then have your attorney or agency review it. Laws differ by state, and your board's own rules come first.
What the templates are and aren't
- They are starting drafts written by the Roofus Ventures team.
- They are not legal advice and not government forms.
- They are not an entries tool. Keep using your entry software for entries and results.
- Waiver and insurance rules differ by state. Check your state's rules.
